07 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

10 - 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
11 - Fresh dill sprigs (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Wash and dry the bell peppers. Remove tops and bottoms, then slice each into wide, flat strips about ¾ inch wide. Reserve the most flexible strips for shaping bows.
02 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, parsley, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
03 - Lay one bell pepper strip flat. Place a heaping teaspoon of filling in the center. Fold both ends toward the center to create two loops resembling a bow. Secure the center with a small strip of bell pepper or chive stem, tucking it underneath.
04 - Continue shaping bows with remaining strips and filling until all are formed.
05 - Arrange bows on a serving platter. Optionally, garnish with pomegranate seeds and fresh dill sprigs.
