# Steps:
01 - In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Stir and let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
02 - Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
03 - Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rise in a warm spot for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
05 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with olive oil.
06 - Punch down the dough and transfer it to the prepared pan. Stretch to fit and dimple the surface with your fingers.
07 - Drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil over the dough. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, chopped herbs, flaky salt, and black pepper.
08 - Let the dough rest for 15 minutes to relax before baking.
09 - Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
