# Steps:

04 - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
05 - If using, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle the mixture over the casserole. Optionally, add extra shredded cheddar cheese on top.
06 - Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
07 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender, the casserole is bubbling, and the top is golden brown.
