# Steps:
01 - In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, optional feta cheese, parsley, chives, tarragon or basil, green onion, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and vibrant green. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
02 - Briefly heat the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until they become pliable.
03 - Place a tortilla flat and spread a generous spoonful of green goddess dressing down the center.
04 - Add baby spinach, sliced chicken, avocado, cucumber, and any additional herbs atop the dressing. Drizzle with another small spoonful of dressing.
