# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • A creamy, tangy green goddess dressing that tastes restaurant-quality but comes together in your blender in two minutes.
  • Packed with protein and fresh vegetables, so you actually feel satisfied instead of reaching for snacks an hour later.
  • Endlessly flexible—swap proteins, add extra vegetables, use whatever herbs you have on hand.
02 -
  • Taste your dressing before you assemble anything—fresh herbs vary wildly in intensity, and you might need to adjust the lemon or salt.
  • Don't slice the avocado until you're ready to assemble; even a few minutes in air and it starts to brown and lose that creamy sweetness.
  • Roll the wraps as tightly as you can without crushing the filling, and cut them on a slight diagonal—it keeps them from falling apart and looks better too.
03 -
  • Make a double batch of the green goddess dressing and keep it in the fridge for three days—it's delicious on grilled fish, roasted vegetables, or even eggs.
  • If your dressing seems too thick, thin it with a splash of lemon juice or milk rather than more mayo, which will make it heavy.
