# Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a shallow bowl, beat eggs. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Dip each avocado wedge in beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in almond flour mixture. Place coated wedges on prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil.
04 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden and crispy.
05 - Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season evenly with sea salt and black pepper on all sides.
06 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer. Sear 1 to 2 minutes per side until browned while maintaining pink interior. Transfer to a clean plate.
07 - Reduce heat to medium. Add 2 tablespoons unsalted butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
08 - Return seared steak bites to skillet. Toss thoroughly in garlic butter sauce. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Keep warm until serving.
09 - Using a vegetable peeler or spiralizer, shave zucchinis into thin ribbons. Toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper.
10 - Arrange garlic butter steak bites in center of plate. Place avocado fries alongside. Top with zucchini ribbons. Serve immediately while steak remains hot.
