05 - 150 grams cooked turkey breast, thinly sliced
06 - 4 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Flip slices and spread pesto on two slices and cranberry sauce on the other two slices, applying to the unbuttered sides.
02 - On the pesto-covered bread slices, layer cheese, followed by turkey, then another slice of cheese. Place the cranberry-sauced bread slices on top, buttered side facing outward.
03 - Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
04 - Place sandwiches on the skillet. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently until bread is golden brown and cheese fully melts.
05 - Remove sandwiches from heat, let them cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.
