# Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Lightly oil a medium baking dish and arrange half of the tomato slices in a single layer.
03 - Sprinkle half of the sliced red onion and minced garlic over the tomatoes. Season lightly with salt, black pepper, oregano, and dried basil.
04 - Distribute half of the fresh mozzarella evenly over the vegetable layer.
05 - Repeat the layering process with the remaining tomatoes, onions, garlic, seasonings, and mozzarella.
06 - Drizzle the olive oil over the assembled layers and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
