# Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease four 6-ounce ramekins with butter and lightly dust with flour, tapping out excess.
02 - Melt chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
03 - Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in a separate bowl until thick and pale.
04 - Gently fold melted chocolate mixture into egg mixture, then stir in vanilla extract and salt.
05 - Sift in flour and fold gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
06 - Divide batter evenly among prepared ramekins.
07 - Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft and slightly jiggly.
08 - Remove from oven; let stand for 1 minute. Run a knife around edges and invert onto serving plates carefully.
