07 - 1 small carrot, julienned
08 - 1/2 small red bell pepper, julienned

# Steps:

01 - Combine cream cheese, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
02 - Lay each spinach leaf flat on a clean surface.
03 - Spread about 1 tablespoon of the herbed cheese mixture onto the center of each spinach leaf.
04 - Place a few strips of julienned carrot and red bell pepper atop the cheese filling.
05 - Carefully roll each spinach leaf, folding in the sides to enclose the filling securely.
06 - Use a toothpick to hold each wrap together and top with a cherry tomato to resemble a holly berry.
07 - Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving for enhanced freshness.
