# Steps:
01 - Combine lukewarm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast in a large bowl; let stand for 5 to 7 minutes until frothy.
02 - Add melted butter, egg, and salt to the yeast mixture; mix until incorporated.
03 - Gradually add flour while stirring with a wooden spoon or using a dough hook; knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place dough into a greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise in a warm area for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
05 - Mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and half of the Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
06 - Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 24 equal portions; roll each portion into a ball.
07 - Dip each dough ball into the garlic Parmesan butter mixture, then arrange them in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
08 - Pour remaining garlic butter over the arranged dough balls; sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese; cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
09 - Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
10 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
