→ Sparkling Smoked Salmon Stars

13 - 3.5 oz smoked salmon
14 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
15 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
16 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
17 - 1 tsp chopped capers
18 - 12 mini blinis or cocktail pumpernickel rounds
19 - Edible silver stars or glitter (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out puff pastry and cut into star shapes using a cookie cutter. Arrange stars on prepared sheet and brush evenly with beaten egg. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown, then allow to cool slightly.
03 - Combine softened goat cheese, honey, and fresh thyme leaves in a bowl. Spoon this mixture onto each baked pastry star and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
04 - Toast baguette rounds until golden and crisp.
05 - Place a slice of brie cheese and several fresh blueberries on each toasted baguette round. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish optionally with edible gold leaf and fresh mint leaves.
06 - Mix softened cream cheese with lemon juice, chopped dill, and capers until well combined.
07 - Spread the cream cheese mixture onto mini blinis or pumpernickel rounds. Top each with smoked salmon trimmed into star shapes if desired, then garnish with edible silver stars or glitter.
